Here's how to use it...
For general conditioning: Shake bottle well. Spray a generous amount all over your head after shampooing. Massage thoroughly on to hair and scalp. DO NOT RINSE. Allow to penetrate hair for three minutes, then proceed as usual with setting or styling.
I use it every week, or every time i wash my hair. It has a nice clean scent so you don't have to worry.
