COCOTIQUE May 2016 Unboxing Review

Friday, May 20, 2016

Cocotique is the beauty subscription box for women of color. Each month the boxes contain 5-7 samples size and full size products that vary from makeup, skincare, haircare and nail products. The boxes are curated by a special theme pertaining to the month.

May's Cocotique box is my favorite box so far and is curated nicely with a wide variety of products. You can watch my unboxing and initial reactions to the contents in my #makeupfree review below!

I love me a sheet mask! I've been feeling under the weather lately so I cannot wait to relax and unwind with this! I love a good facial treatment to help improve my skin's appearance.

Madame C.J Walker Coconut & Moringa Oils Curl Conditioner ($24)
Last week two samples of other products from this line were given in the April box. I love the variety given over the months. Unfortunately, I'll be passing these on to someone with curlier hair!

I love this full size sunscreen balm! Every year I go on vacation I struggle with sunscreens being too think and smelly. I'm so glad I received this trusted Palmer's Cocoa Butter balm. I'll be going to Dubai and Africa this summer so I know I'll get great use out of this!

Yaaaaasssss for some Luster's Pink, brings me way back. I'm excited to try this oil treatment in my dry relaxed hair. I love that this can be used for ALL hair types!

I gave this fragrance to my mom as a late Mother's Day gift. It smells so light and airy but still carries a flirty scent. I love the addition of a fragrance in the May box!

This face cleanser smells so calming that it's great for use at night. It is extremely gentle on the skin, so I am sure it will cause no irritation.
