Hey everyone! If you have been watching the news, you might have heard about the MASSIVE blizzard we are getting here on the East Coast. In lieu of not being able to go out, I filmed a makeup tutorial. I was originally going to do a Valentine's Day makeup tutorial, but I have been wanting to do this one for a LONG time. This tutorial is basically a dark smokey eye. The steps are really simple to follow, even a beginner could create this! I made it so that it would be great for Women of Color to wear.
